At last the sun is out, although in my garden it’s still too wet to cut the grass today. I’m working on new books, interspersed with throwing a tennis ball for a demanding dog. The garden is quiet with the passing of my oldest spaniel Ella, 13 years of being centre-stage, she is greatly missed.

A Dog’s Quest to be a Buddhist Audiobook has been well received, listeners love the narration, as do I. It’s interesting to listen to your book being narrated, I can’t remember writing half of it. If you’d like to listen to the first chapter you can via this link, https://www.amazon.co.uk/Dogs-Quest-Be-Buddhist-Enlightened/dp/B0D7NRTRVT
It’s been a while since my last book, so, there might be two in quick succession. The first, A Gift for a Curious Mind, is the story of an old lady nearing the end of her life, and a young girl grieving the loss of her mother. A story about life, death, and what could happen next? Of course there is a cat and a dog weaved through the pages.
After that, The Notes In-Between. Do you really know someone? Even if you’re married to them. A unfortunate accident, or is it? Is life ever as you perceive it to be? Mysterious notes hidden in obvious places, a trail to follow, the truth awaits. Oh and a stray dog.
I’ll keep everyone posted about new books and any events.
Enjoy the summer.
Gary
Thank you for the sub stack. I was so sad when I read of your loss. Ella was a real character with a wonderful personality. I am really looking forward to reading your new books.
